Job Title: Commercial Project Leader

This is a site-based position for the duration of the project.

  • Lead the contractual and commercial management of high-end hospitality projects.
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle from pre-construction to project completion.
  • Manage head contract administration, subcontract procurement, and negotiation.
  • Review, assess, and manage variations, claims, and contractual risks.
  • Maintain accurate and timely cost reporting to ensure financial performance aligns with project goals.
  • Support the delivery team to meet programme, budget, and quality targets.
  • Provide commercial advice and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects, specifically in the hospitality sector.

The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
