Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to support the delivery of our current and upcoming projects in the region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of their project, including contract administration, procurement strategy development, cost control, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract administration and negotiation
  • Developing procurement strategies and processes
  • Outlining cost controls, budgets, and managing project cash flow
  • Ensuring contracts contain necessary safety provisions
  • Leading and mentoring commercial teams

Requirements:

  • Construction management, building, engineering, or quantity surveying degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years industry experience in construction industry, ideally on projects above $20 million
  • Expertise in contract management, construction law, and quantity surveying
  • Program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation, and administration
  • Experience managing and developing teams of junior staff
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing high-level stakeholders
