Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Construction Project Leader to oversee preconstruction efforts in the commercial sector.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will lead and manage all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and execution from concept to contract.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and internal teams to provide accurate estimates and value engineering solutions
  • Foster a collaborative culture within the Preconstruction department
  • Engage with clients during the conceptual and design phases to understand project objectives and constraints
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in construction management or related field
  • At least 12 years' experience in commercial construction estimating and pre-construction
  • Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams and projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems
  • Proficiency in preconstruction software and tools
