Fitting Out Contracts Manager Position

This role offers an exciting chance to work with a thriving fit-out and refurbishment company, supporting project teams in managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial analysis and administrative skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prepare and check subcontract packages, negotiating and reviewing tenders to ensure high-quality and profitable projects.
- Produce and maintain procurement schedules, preparing accurate payment schedules and processing progress/delay claims according to contractual obligations.
- Assist in managing and tracking project expenditure against budget, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, or similar field.
- Minimum 2-5+ years' experience within the construction industry, preferably tier 1, 2, or 3.
- Construction Safety Induction (White) card.
- Strong analytical and administrative focus, with excellent communication skills.
