Commercial Fit-Out Manager

  • We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Fit-Out Manager to lead a high-end, multi-level fit-out project in Sydney's CBD.

This $20M project requires strong leadership and project management skills, with experience delivering complex commercial fit-outs valued at $15M+.

The successful candidate will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly from structure through to finishes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Full on-site delivery and coordination of trades
  • Program management and sequencing of works
  • Ensuring site safety and compliance
  • Managing client and consultant relationships on-site
  • Leading site meetings and subcontractor coordination

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of staging, services coordination, and high-end finishes. They must be able to manage high-spec works like internal staircases and commercial kitchens.

A competitive hourly rate + super (ABN/Casual contract) is offered for this mid-senior level contract position.
