Are you a talent acquisition specialist looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, developing tailored talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring quality support is provided to all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment, and prior experience building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies
  • Ensuring quality and client service-oriented support is provided to all stakeholders
  • Supporting panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring they're aligned with best practices as well as timely and cost-effective
  • Utilising LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches and build merit pools aligned to key skills
  • Supporting senior team members in the delivery of executive recruitment

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely process and policy advice to complex enquiries
  • Demonstrated experience proactively managing work or taking ownership of tasking or projects
  • Experience working with recruitment technology systems, including troubleshooting and identifying system enhancements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, AHRI accreditation and/or equivalent recruitment experience

We offer a competitive salary package, including $89,946 - $95,374 (plus superannuation). You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with flexible work arrangements available.
