Job Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working within an enterprise ITSM/SIAM SME role and hold intermediate-advanced ITIL certifications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the adoption of SIAM & ITSM policies, processes, and procedures across all practices and functions.
Necessary Skills:
  • Intermediate-advanced ITIL certifications and experience.
  • Certifications and experience in SIAM.
  • 8+ years of experience working within an enterprise ITSM/SIAM SME role.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice on ITSM/SIAM best practices and ensure seamless integration with other service providers.
