Client Services Associate

">About the Role

The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional client services and ensure a seamless experience for each individual. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for handling new client enquiries, reporting, and general client services.

  • You will be required to book appointments with lawyers, provide resolutions at the first instance (where possible), enter, update, and maintain client data, and prepare reports and new client packs.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive approach to work, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
