Delivering Exceptional Client Service
Job Description:- We are seeking a dedicated Client Intake Specialist to manage all new client incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting relevant client data, ensuring accurate data entry into our case management system, referring calls and enquiries to relevant stakeholders, and expediting responses to phones.
When not responding to enquiries, the Client Intake Specialist will perform Paralegal tasks such as preparing legal correspondence and court documents, general administrative duties like filing, photocopying, scanning, binding, and file management using our legal management software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Experience in high volume customer service or call centre roles within a legal or professional services environment
- Adept at multitasking and managing time effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
