We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a house cleaner. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the homes we manage are of the highest standard, providing exceptional guest experiences that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain multiple houses across different locations, adhering to our high standards and quality control measures.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet business needs and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
