Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service from initial contact to resolution, addressing all queries and concerns promptly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, offering a warm and friendly greeting.
  • Manage various tasks, including handling reservations, maintaining guest accounts, and promoting hotel facilities.
  • Offer knowledgeable and passionate service to internal and external guests, responding to phone calls professionally.
  • Ensure cashier floats are reconciled at the end of each shift and brief guests on loyalty program features and benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and think critically to resolve issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
  • Natural ability to surprise guests with authentic customer service, setting you apart from others.
