Key Role: Front Desk Liaison
Job SummaryThis is a pivotal role where you will be the central point of contact for our organization, ensuring seamless interactions with clients, visitors, and team members. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a professional and organized front office environment.
Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promptly and efficiently answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Effectively manage and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Customer Service:
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients, guests, and employees.
- Assist clients with inquiries and direct them to relevant personnel.
- Accurately handle general inquiries and provide pertinent information about our services.
- Administrative Support:
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with other administrative functions as needed.
- Communication:
- Cultivate effective communication with team members to relay important messages and updates.
- Notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals and appointments.
- Office Area Maintenance:
- Maintain a tidy and presentable office area at all times.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as necessary.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A proven track record as a Receptionist or similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
