Job Title: Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Front Desk Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, including answering and allocating calls, greeting clients and visitors, coordinating conference and meeting rooms, and maintaining the reception area.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proficient in using Leap and Action Step software and has experience working in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage the front desk, including answering and allocating calls, and coordinating conference and meeting rooms
  • Maintain the reception area, including ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
  • Assist with food, coffee, and beverage preparation as required
  • Distribute incoming deliveries and electronic faxes efficiently
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in reception and client service, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively with people at all levels, exhibiting a polished and friendly demeanor
  • Calm and poised under pressure, consistently delivering high-quality results
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, juggling competing demands with minimal fuss
