About the Role

Arthur D. Little is seeking a talented Manager to join our team in Australia, focusing on the Energy Transition and related industries. As a key member of our consulting team, you will work closely with our Partners and Principals to deliver high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the delivery of complex projects, working with clients to develop and validate improvement hypotheses.
  • Conduct rigorous analysis of client performance, end-to-end value chains, and macroeconomic trends.
  • Develop compelling and pragmatic solutions leveraging Arthur D. Little's assets, capabilities, and expertise.
  • Work directly with clients to build trust, solve issues, and deliver change.
  • Manage workloads and coach team members to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably with a leading firm.
  • Experience in the Utilities, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors is highly valued.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong background in complex business analysis and problem-solving.
  • Strong written and presentation skills to succinctly and creatively present robust and evidence-based messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
  • Existing eligibility to live and work in Australia, with willingness to travel within Australia and internationally if required.
