Operational Planning Specialist

The Workforce & Operations Planner role is a unique opportunity to combine strategic workforce management with hands-on operational delivery.
You will be the central link between projects, people, and operations - balancing long-term resource planning with the day-to-day realities of getting projects delivered on time.
Key responsibilities include owning and maintaining a live view of workforce availability and capacity across all projects, anticipating and resolving workforce gaps, leading workforce planning cycles, and providing reporting and insights to guide operational decisions.
This role requires 3-5 years of experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or operations management for large casual workforces, advanced Excel skills, strong data interpretation and forecasting abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
