We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in a dynamic contact centre environment at Qscan Radiologic Clinics. This role is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional patient care using state-of-the-art equipment.
About the RoleThe Contact Centre Agent will serve as the first point of contact for patients and referrers, assisting with appointment bookings and general enquiries. You will be responsible for managing patient referrals from our website and referring practitioners, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and referrers over the phone, facilitating appointment bookings and responding to queries.
- Ensure patients are well-prepared for their services by providing essential information, including arrival times, appointment preparations, and cost estimates.
- Maintain accurate patient records, facilitating pathology and previous imaging records for a seamless patient experience.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual who demonstrates empathy, care, and compassion when finding solutions for patients and referrers. As a strong communicator, you will confidently interact with patients, referrers, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, able to work accurately across various systems, and adaptable under pressure.
