About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of professionals who prioritise the growth and development of our employees. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for patients and referrers, primarily over the phone, assisting with appointment bookings and general enquiries.

  • You will manage patient referrals from our website and referring practitioners, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ensure patients are well-prepared for their services by providing essential information, such as arrival times, appointment preparations, and cost estimates.
Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate patient records and facilitate pathology and previous imaging records to ensure a seamless patient experience.
About You
  • You are customer-focused, demonstrating empathy, care, and compassion as you find solutions for patients and referrers alike.
  • A strong communicator, you confidently interact with patients, referrers, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
  • You are tech-savvy, with the ability to work accurately across various systems. Experience with Radiology Information Systems or Customer Management Systems is a plus.
