About Us

Greenfield Technical Services is a growing organisation providing civil engineering and project management consultancy services in regional Western Australia.

We have worked with local governments and private sector businesses across the region, delivering projects that meet client needs.

As a key leader in our Projects team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of civil and road-related upgrade and maintenance projects, ensuring successful delivery and meeting company objectives.

This integral lead position requires strong civil engineering, consulting, and project management skills, as well as leadership and supervision abilities to manage a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team in providing specialist civil engineering technical advice and consulting services.
  • Manage projects to meet client expectations, allocating necessary resources and supervising the team.
  • Identify and allocate technical and engineering resources needed to complete projects.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and indirect supervision to ensure effective project delivery.

You will work collaboratively across departments to deliver projects successfully, focusing on leadership, project delivery, safety, and quality.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Business Administration, Commerce, or similar qualification (at least 5 years' experience in a related industry).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project or Civil Engineer, with demonstrated team management and leadership experience.
  • Membership of Engineers Australia.

As a seasoned professional, you will bring well-developed conceptual, analytical, and planning skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy in Microsoft applications.
