CPC Engineering is a multi-disciplined engineering design, construction and project management company that has developed a reputation for delivering professional, practical and cost-effective services to the resource industry.

We are currently seeking an experienced Principal Civil Engineer to join our team on an ad hoc basis to provide high-level technical review, oversight, and guidance across our civil engineering discipline.

This role is ideal for a senior professional looking for a flexible, part-time engagement with the opportunity to contribute expertise to significant minerals processing projects.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be engaged to:

  • Provide discipline-level review and guidance to our civil engineering team.
  • Contribute specialist input across a range of design and construct projects in the resources sector.

Key Project Areas:

  • Drainage systems
  • Ponds and water management infrastructure

About You:

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Extensive civil engineering experience, ideally within minerals processing or heavy industrial projects.
  • Strong background in design review covering drainage, road, water management infrastructure, earthworks pads.
  • Ability to provide practical, constructable solutions within a D&C project environment.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and client-focused approach.
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with proven lead & management experience.
