Hearing Solutions Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointment schedules for audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments
- Provide superior client service, greeting clients at the clinic and updating records
- Assist with client and doctor inquiries, answering phone calls and emails
- Offer basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
- Accurately bill appointments and perform general office tasks
Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and patience
- Experience working within a collaborative team environment
- Judgement and advanced administrative capabilities
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to travel for coverage
