Building Designer Position

This role entails creating detailed drawings and 3D models using standard methods and techniques.

  • A strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly Autodesk AutoCAD and Civil 3D, is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate with other disciplines utilizing BIM tools such as Revizto, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Additionally, the selected individual will be responsible for undertaking designs and drawings to relevant authority and local government standards.
  • Administrative requirements for the project must also be fulfilled as needed by the Project Manager.

As a Building Designer, you will play a key role in advancing the quality of life in communities across the globe through your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and create detailed building plans and elevations.
  2. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop and refine designs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Develop and implement construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
  5. Ensure all designs and documents comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
