Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. As a Principal Business Analyst, you will report to the Head of Analysis & Product and play a critical role in shaping and strengthening our internal capability practices and frameworks.

You will work alongside a team of delivery experts to collaborate with clients across various industries and domains, leveraging your expertise in business analysis, requirements capture, and solution design.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of BA core capabilities
  • Leading business analysis services on client engagements
  • Working with the Sales Team to develop client proposals and attend client meetings to gather requirements and establish solutions
  • Capturing requirements and driving best possible group outcomes on complex, multi-dimensional programs
  • Identifying and defining business needs and problems/issues to enable a feasible solution scope
  • Capturing, analysing, and designing the optimal customer experience and/or journeys and/or high-level processes (both as-is and to-be)
  • Developing strong working relationships across stakeholders and SMEs
  • Conducting Business Analyst interviews across all engagements and projects
  • Supporting mentoring, training and coaching of Junior BA's
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Advanced facilitation skills with a good understanding of requirements capture
  • Strong understanding of waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery methods
  • Great critical thinking, communication, presentation, organisation, time-management, and leadership skills
  • Experience leading, training and coaching BA team across differing levels
  • Consulting background and experience are highly regarded
