We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our new service in Melbourne. As Centre Director, you will foster strong relationships with families and guide a dedicated team of educators.


About Our Service
  • Our two-storey, 84-place service caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 6 rooms and 4 stunning outdoor play areas.
  • A robust management structure will provide coaching and guidance throughout your career.
  • Our service is conveniently located near tram stops, making commuting easy.
  • We utilise the Story Park platform to enhance communication with families about their child's development and encourage active participation.
  • Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am-6:30pm.

About You
  • You hold a Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar leadership position.
  • You must be available to work 5 days a week.
  • A Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • A Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • In-depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children.
  • You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights.
