Job Title: Senior Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled governance professional to lead our risk management framework, corporate governance arrangements, and compliance functions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective risk management strategies and processes
  • Liaising with senior executives to provide expert governance advice and analytical support
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date views of key risks and implementing improvements to strengthen risk management
  • Supporting the Audit and Risk Committee in providing independent oversight and strategic risk management guidance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Professional certification as a Certified Practicing Risk Manager (CPRM) or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in managing enterprise risk and safety, including experience in internal audit programs, risk management frameworks, governance frameworks, compliance, and assurance functions
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 31000 and relevant legislation
  • Proven ability to influence, lead change, and foster a culture of integrity and accountability
