Warehouse Operations Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of up to 5 store employees to deliver operational excellence in warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and direction to staff to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and exceeded.
  • Manage staff issues including absenteeism and performance levels.
  • Assist with quality requirements by accurately inspecting and recording all inbound freight movements into the Distribution Centre (DC).
  • Control staff rosters and workload to meet and exceed customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within warehousing or logistics.
  • Proven leadership capabilities including ability to effectively engage a team.
  • Extensive computer skills – Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills and effective negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional relationship building with customers across all levels.
  • Understanding of SAP systems.
  • Current LF Licence (High Reach experience preferred).
