Warehouse Operations Manager
Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team. This includes managing site logistics, coordinating with sales, customer service, planning, and manufacturing to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient coordination between teams.
- Drive a high-performing culture across the warehouse by promoting safety, health, and environmental compliance.
- Lead investigations and resolution for customer complaints and safety incidents.
- Collaborate on inventory accuracy efforts, including stocktakes and cycle counts.
- 3+ years' experience in warehouse and transport operations.
- Proven success delivering change and tactical improvements in a logistics environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire others.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with WMS and TMS systems (SAP preferred).
