Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing warehouse staff, supervising daily events, and implementing process improvements.
">- Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching stock, and overseeing orders and returns management.
- Communicate with other departments, staff groups, and suppliers.
- Assist the inventory team lead with maintaining stock control systems and planning future capacity requirements.
- Lead the team on daily events and make decisions to solve issues or escalate them for best results.
- Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment.
- Initiate and implement process improvements.
- Manage couriers/transportation in terms of delivery receipt/dispatch.
- Deliver own KPIs and support direct reports to achieve their KPIs.
- Manage warehouse staff and casual rostering.
- Provide hands-on training for newly hired warehouse staff.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a warehouse supervisor or manager.
- Mandarin speakers are advantageous but not essential.
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Valid Australian driver's license.
- Experience with eCommerce/fashion is preferred.
- Experience with WMS PeopleVox or similar is highly regarded.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Computer literacy.
- MS Excel or Google Sheets experience is essential.
