
Claims Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our claims team and manage runoff intermediated claims across various product lines.
This is a unique opportunity to join our organization and leverage your leadership skills to deliver optimal, compliant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support a team of professionals to meet service and performance targets.
- Maintain visibility into weekly claims service delivery and communicate insights effectively.
- Evaluate operational controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders through strong communication and collaboration.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Comply with WHS policies and foster a culture of risk awareness within the team.
We require an individual with:
- A degree in business or a related field (preferably), along with extensive experience leading teams in complex environments.
- A proven track record in managing insurance claims and leading high-performing teams remotely.
- Excellent conflict resolution and client management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of property claims legislation and regulations.
- Familiarity with general insurance and broker environments.
- A keen understanding of industry trends and innovations in claims service.
- Strong commercial acumen with exceptional planning and problem-solving abilities.
