Job Description

As a Casualty Claims Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a casualty claims team from scratch. This role requires managing a portfolio of casualty and medical malpractice claims end-to-end.

This is an exceptional chance to develop a casualty claims function and take full ownership of the area. You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of claims, liaising with stakeholders, and taking on a market-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of casualty and medical malpractice claims from start to finish.
  • Liaise with all relevant stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Take on a market-facing role, including site visits and client meetings.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience managing liability claims. Experience with medical malpractice claims is ideal but not essential. Legal qualifications are a plus but not required.

You should be an energetic team player with a proactive attitude, able to work well in a collaborative environment.
