Strategic Communications Manager

This role requires an individual with a strategic and hands-on approach to communications, focusing on delivering high-impact messaging across various channels. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop and refine the company's overarching narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Write speeches, announcements, and key messages for executive-level presentations.
  • Support major milestones and events through coordinated communications efforts.
  • Work closely with Investor Relations, Legal, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and brand representation.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a sharp strategic mindset, excellent writing skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. They will be able to operate independently, advise senior leaders effectively, and bring a depth of experience from global or matrixed organizations.
