Financial Markets Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Financial Markets Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for establishing the operating model across private markets, including property, private equity, infrastructure, and private credit investment lifecycles.
Your primary objective will be to facilitate the planning and coordination of fund implementation processes, ensuring seamless collaboration across investment teams, third parties, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with investment teams to establish and maintain effective operating models.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of fund implementation processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Monitor the performance of outsourced services and track metrics against service levels.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution and continuous improvement of investment operations, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and risk reduction.
- Lead projects as the subject matter expert for investment operations, driving process improvements and enhancing capabilities.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven leadership experience within financial services, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of private markets, with exposure to property, private equity, infrastructure, and private credit assets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- The ability to drive change and challenge assumptions in a risk-sensitive environment.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
