Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Financial Operations to join our team. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices in finance, supporting commercial decision-making, and ensuring the financial health of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance leadership, with experience in retail, franchising, or consumer goods. You will possess excellent technical skills, including financial and management reporting, as well as oversight of annual audit and tax filings. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will work closely with other department heads and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support business growth and commercial decision-making.
  • Lead the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement processes to monitor franchisee performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee ERP changes and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and laws, including franchise code compliance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CA/CPA qualification and experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Strong technical skills, including financial and management reporting, and audit and tax filing experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and driving business growth.
