Job Title: Service Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Service Delivery Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of services across multiple sites. This will involve allocating resources effectively, ensuring service levels are maintained, and identifying areas for improvement.

This is a day shift and night shift role available.

You will work in a role where you will support a portfolio of clients managing vacancies for Security Officers, Customers & Business Managers. You will be responsible to fulfill rosters, conduct and manage welfare calls, as well as provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work as part of a team
  • Proven ability to cope under pressure
  • Think on your feet
  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft applications

Prior experience in rostering, administration, or call centre work is highly regarded. Night shift availability averaging 3 x 12 hour shifts per week.
