About the Position

The Manager, Service Delivery and Coordination oversees service delivery relationships with customers. This role ensures high-level, consistent service delivery nationwide, product reliability, and strong financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Review and analyse financial data to improve measures.
- Analyse service data for compliance with company and customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify corrective actions when required.
- Develop and implement service strategy with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with service delivery teams across regions for seamless service delivery during installation and lifetime of machines at client sites.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate reporting and global strategy implementation.
- Review and approve service pricing for profitability.
- Outline policies and procedures for service teams in regions and oversee adherence.
- Set and review KPIs for State Service Delivery Managers for target achievement.
- Engage with regional services team to manage progress against outlined targets.
- Coach and develop members of national service delivery and field service delivery teams.

**Requirements:**

- Ability to review and analyse financial and other data on macro and micro level, provide recommendations.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Print industry experience in client service or IT environment.
