**Job Overview**:

We are seeking a skilled ICT Support Technician to join our team. This role involves providing technical support and solutions to software and hardware problems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Determine software and hardware requirements to provide effective solutions to problems

- Respond to inquiries about software and hardware issues in a timely and professional manner

- Adapt existing programs to meet users' requirements

- Install and download appropriate software

- Implement computer networks

- Design and maintain websites

- Repair and replace peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems

- May work in a call centre environment

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

- Mandatory English fluency

- Portuguese fluency required
