Job Description

The role of ICT Support Specialist involves providing technical assistance to clients across the nation. This includes managing multiple service requests daily, liaising with customers and suppliers professionally, and maintaining detailed client records.

Key responsibilities also include providing remote support for clients, repairing client systems remotely as necessary, contributing to improvements in existing systems and processes, organizing preventative maintenance work according to customer requirements, prioritizing reactive service/maintenance requests, and regularly providing reporting to internal stakeholders.

This is a full-time ongoing position offering autonomy and training in Osborne Park, Western Australia.

Requirements
  • Applicants must possess at least a highly relevant Diploma or agreed alternative and demonstrate 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • They should also have advanced verifiable IT skills, verifiable high-quality customer service experience, ability to maintain a professional approach when liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders, fast learning skills, and exceptional organizational skills.
