Job Title

A visionary IT leader is required to spearhead technology transformation across the region.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to oversee day-to-day operations, drive strategic technology transformation, and lead the transition from legacy systems to modern platforms. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise technology transformation and be able to align technology strategy with broader business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee IT operations, including helpdesk, troubleshooting, hardware, and software support
  • Drive a strategic regional technology transformation program
  • Lead the transition from legacy systems to modern, scalable technology platforms
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation
  • Manage a local team of up to 10 IT professionals
  • Owning and optimising enterprise-level ERP or similar system implementations
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading IT teams and overseeing operational excellence, ideally within an SME
  • Strong track record in enterprise technology transformation, including ERP or similar platforms
  • Ability to align technology strategy with broader business goals
  • A collaborative leader capable of building trust and driving change
