Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist, Melbourne

The role involves exciting, educating and engaging customers before and during their Tesla delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to significantly influence the customer experience.


Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome new owners to the Tesla family by ensuring a delightful delivery day experience.
  2. Educate customers about basic vehicle features and functions.
  3. Assist with delivery operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  4. Coordinate vehicle staging and host delivery appointments tailored to individual customer needs.
  5. Demonstrate expertise in all Tesla products and services, including local incentives for EV owners.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  7. Collaborate with the vehicle readiness team to conduct final inspections.
  8. Provide feedback to enhance departmental efficiency and promote improvements across the company.
  9. Coordinate with internal and external teams for seamless delivery day operations.
  10. Leverage a customer-centric approach to address concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  11. Identify and resolve objections and obstacles, including charging and customer education.
  12. Ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management.
  13. Contribute ideas to enhance the Tesla delivery experience and improve back-end processes.
  14. Support remote delivery customers through phone and digital channels.
  15. Assist with additional retail-related tasks as needed.
