Job Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for children? We're seeking a skilled and dedicated team member to join our ranks as an Assistant Director.

This role offers the perfect blend of creativity, leadership, and fun. As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for assisting the Director in creating enriching experiences for the children in our care. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing programming based on child preferences
  • Supporting program compliance to ensure a high-quality service
  • Building strong relationships with schools, parents, and the wider community
  • Providing play-based learning opportunities and having fun with primary school-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation and implementation of engaging programs
  • Support the development of Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods
  • Play a key role in maintaining a positive and inclusive environment

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in the industry
