About the Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Service Delivery Officer. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to all inbound enquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Act as a champion for our CRM system, ensuring it is used effectively to manage customer interactions and drive business outcomes.
  • Coordinate and follow up on customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Create a positive and professional first impression of our organisation through all interactions.
  • Organise and coordinate events, meetings, and other activities to support our business objectives.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and qualities, including:

  • A proven track record of providing excellent customer service, either in a call centre or face-to-face environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record and update customer information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
