Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a permanent opportunity.

This role will involve being the primary point of contact for inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, taking orders and providing support to sales representatives.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers;
  • Answering inbound calls to assist customers in a timely and professional manner;
  • Supporting sales representatives by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services;
  • Ensuring all sales enquiries are responded to promptly and courteously;
  • Coordinating appointments with clients;
  • Completing data entry tasks related to orders, credits, returns and stock and pricing enquiries.

To be suitable for this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in customer service;
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks with varying levels of priority;
  • Strong time management, administration and organisational skills;
  • An eye for detail;
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic;
  • A focus on delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Availability to work standard business hours and occasional weekend shifts.
