Full Time Customer Service Position

We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to join our team in Bankstown, NSW. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with minimum 6 hour shifts each day.
Our business hours are from 7am-5pm, and we require the ability to commute or relocate to the area.
About You
- You have an excellent customer service mindset and are eager to learn.
- You possess attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- You can remain calm under pressure and aren't afraid to ask questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
- Solve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary, but some knowledge in building fences, gates, or glass will be preferred.
- The ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be beneficial, as many of our customers are Chinese.
