About This Role

This is a full-time position for an Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team in Winston Hills/Macquarie Park.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to prospective new clients and their families, ensuring all incoming calls and referrals are monitored and actioned promptly.

This role involves:

  • Establishing trust with prospective clients
  • Guiding clients through various Aged Care Services and government websites
  • Providing comprehensive knowledge of Anglicare's products and services
  • Recommending services and products tailored to clients' needs
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service through multiple channels
Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver high-quality service to clients, focusing on establishing strong relationships and providing expert guidance
  • To remain up-to-date with industry developments and changes in government policies affecting aged care services
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • To contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in client engagement
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Community Services or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Home Care/Community Sector
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish working relationships
  • Knowledge of Government subsidised aged care services
