  • About the Role:
  • Lead the development and implementation of global brand campaigns, driving business targets and brand goals through innovative design direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and motion, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Direct meaningful content creation, including animations, videos, and graphic images for multiple media touch points.
  • Mentor and coach the creative team, providing guidance on design craft and copywriting skills.
  • Partner with Executive Creative Directors to develop craft initiatives and grow team skills.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic design plans for global brand campaigns.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design and product design.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Art Director, delivering successful global campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent design craft, ideation, and leadership skills.
  • Able to communicate complex information simply and clearly.
