We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Art Director to elevate our global brand campaigns and drive creative excellence.

Job Description
  • This role will require you to lead the development of world-class creative across brand communications, marketing campaigns, editorial content and production.
  • You will be responsible for delivering big ideas and design direction for global campaigns, driving complex problems from chaos to clarity and enforcing a high-quality bar for work across the team.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of designers, with knowledge on how to inspire them and drive them to execute exceptional creative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing creative strategies that meet business targets and brand goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Managing multiple stakeholders across the organization
  • Conducting research, brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and collaborating to create groundbreaking work
  • Partnering with Executive Creative Directors and Creative Directors to develop craft initiatives for the team

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of delivering global campaigns as a Senior Art Director
  • Experience leading a team of designers and inspiring them to deliver exceptional creative
  • Excellent design craft and copywriting skills, with a portfolio that showcases experience in campaign creative
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly
  • An understanding of digital design, product design, and Figma is key to this role
