We're partnering with a world-renowned global brand undergoing an exciting transformation and seeking a dynamic, strategic Head / Director of Brand to lead the evolution of their revitalised brand platform. This is a pivotal opportunity to influence how the world experiences an industry-leading name, across every touchpoint, every journey, and every story told.
As the guardian of long-term brand equity, you will drive sustainable, profitable growth while inspiring both internal stakeholders and global audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Lead the development and execution of a future-fit, globally resonant brand strategy.
- Translate the brand vision into clear, actionable frameworks across marketing, customer experience, and internal culture.
- Ensure consistent positioning that is culturally relevant and commercially impactful.
Brand Performance & Insights
- Own brand health tracking and measurement, turning insights into opportunities.
- Report regularly to senior stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations to build brand equity and market perception.
Cross-Functional Integration
- Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, HR, and product teams to embed brand principles throughout the business.
- Champion brand-led thinking across all facets of the organisation.
Governance & Consistency
- Establish a modern, agile brand governance model.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality brand expression across channels, platforms, and geographies.
Agency & Partner Management
- Lead relationships with global and regional creative partners.
- Drive best-in-class brand work that delivers both creative excellence and business results.
Leadership & Advocacy
- Act as a senior brand ambassador within the organisation.
- Mentor and inspire teams to drive brand excellence with creativity, discipline, and passion.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in brand management or strategic marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in a multinational environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; advanced brand or strategy training a plus.
- Demonstrated success building and evolving global brands with measurable impact.
- A strategic thinker with creative flair and commercial focus.
