You will be involved in enhancing NSW as a great place to work, live and travel.
The role involves providing project management services including managing schedules, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time within agreed scope and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include supporting the team in managing program scheduling and running governance meetings. Additionally, preparing complex correspondence, briefing notes and reports in relation to specific projects and initiatives ensuring that submissions are accurate timely and have appropriate signoffs.
Effective communication with key stakeholders and coordination of working groups committees and consultations will also be required to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.
Requirements:- Project management skills and experience ideally in a complex technical delivery environment.
- Experience in building reports in Power BI & Excel is essential.
- Ability to manage meetings and assist with program scheduling.
- Excellent organisational skills are necessary along with demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment.
- Proven capacity to prioritise competing demands achieve business goals within tight deadlines and perform with a customer focused approach.
- A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and personal development are also essential.
Additionally analytical skills and a proven capacity to develop creative and innovative solutions to improve productivity and effectiveness for stakeholders are required.
