Strategy Manager Opportunity

Drive success in a transaction lifecycle and help clients achieve their strategic objectives.

  • Support deal technology services on transactions of all sizes, collaborating with the broader EY-Parthenon division and other teams within EY.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on technical matters relating to separation or integration assessments.
  • Develop and present key deliverables to clients, and support business development activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, technology, consulting, or advisory services.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity, and creative thinking.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
