Investment Banking Role Overview

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Investment Banking coverage team. As a key contributor and occasional leader, you will be involved in work streams related to transaction execution, marketing, and client coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in transactional execution, including preparing marketing pitches and financial analysis
  • Play a leadership role in implementing execution functions, supporting associates, and assisting senior bankers
  • Develop analytical, modelling, research, and presentation skills to become a senior officer of the bank over time
  • Collaborate with colleagues across global platforms and product groups
  • Be enthusiastic about J.P. Morgan's mission and committed to its success
  • Work with a team of professionals across APAC, involved in transactions that may include travel
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or finance-related sectors
  • A well-rounded academic background from a top-tier educational institution
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Understanding of M&A and capital markets transaction cycles
  • Effective communication skills with ability to interact with senior professionals, clients, and stakeholders
  • Proactive, motivated, and committed with ability to work independently and collaboratively
