Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our Strategy and Transactions practice, focusing on Deal Technology services. This role will involve supporting clients across various industries, providing expert advice on technical matters, and developing key deliverables.

About the Role:
  • Analysis of key IT risks and considerations that impact deal value for buy-side clients
  • Development and presentation of key deliverables to clients as well as support in business development activities
  • Management of engagement teams day-to-day in the delivery of our Deal Technology services
  • Collaboration widely with the broader division and other teams within EY to bring the best of EY to solve the client's challenges throughout the transaction life-cycle
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Technology, or Consulting/Advisory Services
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity, and creative thinking
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations
